The Script in One Sentence:
A Brother gets turned into a werewolf and then helps to fight genocide in Kososvo.

Shot down over Kosovo and near death, a fighter pilot is rescued by Gypsies who can save his life only by turning him into a werewolf.  He uses his powers to fight ethnic cleansing.  Much like Behind Enemy Lines and the American Werewolf in Europe series, it is a mixture of action and humor.

Zack Ramirez, an African-American/Chicano pilot with the Navy Air Force, embarks on a secret mission over Kosovo and is shot down.  (There is also a lower budget version that has Zack as a MP, ambushed by Serbs).  Barely alive, he is rescued by a mysterious band of Gypsies.  They have no choice but to turn him into a werewolf in order to save his life.

The pilot finds kinship and romance with the Gypsy Princess, KENYATTA DUMAS.  An intelligent, beautiful, yet compassionate freedom fighter who believes in Zack and talks her father into giving him the power of the Warrior Wolf.  The Gypsies themselves are werewolves and helped to fight the Nazis during WWII, protecting themselves and Jews, by using this deadly gift.  They also happen to be descendants of famous Black/French Author, Alexander Dumas.

They give Zack a history lesson about genocide in Europe and teach him to use his powers to help the innocent victims of hate groups.  Together they fight the Serbian killing machine.

Later, in an ironic twist, Zack finds that he himself was an intended victim of ethnic cleansing by his self-hating, Hispanic Admiral, who despises Zack’s appearance and attitude, although he is a fellow Chicano.
