List approximate total circulation of newsletters, Sunday bulletins, magazines, and other religion-related publications that might be willing to promote your new book

 

SOCIAL MEDIA AND ON-LINE

List the Web venues (personal Web site,  Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, personal e-mail contacts, your personal blogs, guest blogs, Internet radio shows, Internet television shows, YouTube, etc.) to which you can pitch your book on-line and estimate total number of people/followers you might reach in one month

 

PERSONAL CONTACTS

List any publishing house, magazine, newspaper, eZine, television or radio station, major corporation, PR agency, ad agency, government agency, military branch of service, etc., at which you or a close friend or relative are able to promote your new book

 

ORGANIZATIONAL AFFILIATIONS

List any personal or family member affiliation with the BPOE, Lions, Rotary, VFW, DAR, etc., that might lead to promotion of your book to their members and estimate total number of people you might reach in this manner

 

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS

List any affiliation with professional associations that might be willing to promote your book to their members through their newsletters, bulletins, Websites, magazines, etc.

 

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

List any affiliation with educational institutions that might be willing to promote your book (teachers, fellow students, fraternities, sororities, school newspapers, school magazines, campus events, etc.) and estimate total number of people you might reach in this manner

 

LOCAL PRESS OUTLETS

List local television, radio, and newspaper outlets, bookstores, etc., to which you can pitch your book

 

PERSONAL APPEARANCES

List those areas where you would be willing to have the publisher send you for book signings, personal appearances, etc., either nationally or locally

 

PUBLIC SPEAKING

If you are willing to speak publicly about your book, list those associations, shows, conventions, or groups of people you believe would be interested in having you appear before them

 

PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRM

If you are seriously considering hiring a public relations firm or other entity that specializes in book promotion and marketing, please indicate which one

 

PAID ADVERTISING

If you are seriously considering placing paid advertisements promoting the release of your new book, please indicate where (print media, broadcast or cable media, Internet, Google AdWords, etc.)

 

SPECIAL OTHER

List any special claims to fame, noteworthy accomplishments, titles, or anything else that could reasonably be expected to generate publicity that could be turned into book sales

 

ADDITIONAL

List any additional sources of book promotion and marketing venues available to you
